Return Policy


You may return standard stock items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund not including shipping costs, subject to the following:

  • Items must not have been used and must be returned with all original packaging.

  • Return will be refused if damaged, soiled, show signs of use or has missing parts. NOTE: Items with external damage (obvious shipping damage) must be referred to the carrier for settlement.

  • A Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be obtained by the purchaser prior to sending items back. Return shipping instructions will be provided at that time. Customer must pay all return shipping charges and use an approved, insured, shipment method. Call 630-378-9119 to obtain an RMA.

  • OnlineEEI will pay for return shipping ONLY if the return is the result of a defective item or we shipped an incorrect item.

  • Out-of-Stock Items Sorry, This Item Out of Stock! We're not sure when we can ship.


  • Due to persistent supply chain issues we have been unable to maintain as much stock as we have in the past.

  • We update inventory statuses daily, however items may go out of stock at any time.

  • Look for an "Out of Stock" message along side the items in your cart. If you do not see a red out of stock message, we currently have your item in stock.

  • We are not sure when out of stock items will become available, but we always do our best to ship them as soon as they do.

  • In the rare instance we run out of stock after you have purchased an item we will notify you when we attempt to ship it

  • Prior to shipment, if you decide you no longer want the out-of-stock items you may cancel them at any time with full refund

  • Fill in your info, click the Print Government PO or Check Payment Form button. Print the form and complete the signature box. Then fax, mail or email it to us along with your purchase order.

  • Purchase orders must be on official organizational letterhead, contain a purchase order number, and be signed.
